Surroundings

The Amberij is located just outside of the town in a rural area in the middle of the province of Drenthe in the North of the Netherlands. 

Fields interspersed with woodlands and ponds allow for beautiful views. In the surrounding nature areas are many ponds and deer show themselves regularly.

The whole area is great for going for a walk or bike riding and walking out from the Amberij you can make greater or smaller strolls.
